Microsoft School Achievement

Queen Anne's School has once again earned the title of Microsoft Showcase School, marking our achievement for the fifth consecutive year. This prestigious accolade is a testament to our staff's unwavering commitment to revolutionising education through the power of digital technology.

Microsoft Showcase Schools are recognised for their exceptional ability to transform learning and consistently deliver outstanding educational outcomes. Queen Anne's School has consistently exemplified this vision, setting a high standard for innovative education that inspires both students and educators alike.

Under the leadership of Andrew Dax, Head of Digital Strategy and Computer Science, our staff's dedication allowed us to maintain our position as a Microsoft Showcase School. Mr Dax said,

We are thrilled to be acknowledged as a leading Showcase School for the fifth year in a row, but we are not stopping there. As a school, we are focused on the future, adopting innovative applications of artificial intelligence to ensure our students become informed, safe, and responsible digital citizens, fully prepared for the world of tomorrow.

Many teaching staff at Queen Anne's are qualified Microsoft Innovative Educators (MIE), and an increasing number are pursuing advanced qualifications as MIE Experts.

Queen Anne's School embraces a dynamic approach that combines tradition with modernity, blending the best practices of classical education with innovative teaching methods tailored to meet the needs of 21st-century learners. Every student at the school benefits from personal work devices, empowering them with essential skills for the future and expanding their learning horizons.
