Queen Anne's offers an extensive local transport network and a dedicated London transport service. We aim to offer the service to as many students as possible, so they are able to reach school and return home in a safe and timely manner. At the end of each academic year, Queen Anne's liaise with the transport providers to review parental bookings for their daughters. Our transport services are modified accordingly, taking into consideration new stopping points where possible.
The School partners with Vectare, a specialist school transport software company. One of the key benefits of Vectare is the ability to view seat availability in real time. Through the intuitive system, you can instantly see availability and make a booking accordingly. This real-time visibility ensures that you can plan your child's transportation more efficiently.

The Travel Providers
White Knights Travel
Queen Anne’s has used White Knights Travel for many years. White Knights Travel, based in Maidenhead, provides a range of high standard vehicles and drivers who all hold appropriate PCV licenses, are all DBS checked to an enhanced level and are subject to annual training.
Joiners Taxis
Joiners Taxis work with Queen Anne’s to provide a transport service to South Oxfordshire. The areas included are Sutton Courtenay, Brightwell-cum-Sotwell, Nettlebed, Stoke Row and Peppard. Drivers are fully licenced, DBS checked and have received safeguarding training in order to provide exceptional standards of safety, courtesy and efficiency.

Cancellation Notice Period
Queen Anne's School requires a full half-term's written notice sent to transport@qas.org.uk to end their daughter's use of the school transport service.
