The Southern Regional Schools Trampoline Competition on Sunday 7 December has brought great success. We are proud to announce that all 9 competitors returned home with silverware, and all have qualified to compete at the Zonal finals in January, in Weston-Super-Mare.
The competition is at a very good level as it is a mix of club and school trampolinists. The junior team which included Poppy (4s), Georgie (L4), Fifi (L4) and Lexi (L4) did particularly well as this was their first ever competition, and they have only been training properly for a few months! The competitors were 2nd team overall. We want to particularly commend Lexi as she qualified as an individual!
Francesca was overall Champion in the Years 10-14 Novice Competition and qualifies as top seed for the next round. Flo (U5) won the 10-14 Girls Advanced category, with Izzy (U6) in 2nd and Hettie (U5) in 6th meaning they won this category as a team too!
Massive congratulations to Emily (L6) won the very highest level of the competition and was the top female competitor on the day, winning the 10-14 Elite Category by a clear margin.
We are exceptionally proud of the girls as these are some of the best trampolining results we have ever achieved!
