On Monday 3 February, Molly S (U5) performed a wonderful solo recital in aid of Brass for Africa. She played trumpet, piano, recorder and sang!
The programme included a wide range of music from Purcell to Gershwin. Molly’s performance and presentation displayed such a high professional standard that the audience left feeling that they had attended a concert in one of the top London venues by a leading professional musician.
The recital raised a total of £328 for the charity Brass for Africa, which works to bring music education to disadvantaged children and young people in Uganda, Liberia and Rwanda.
