Queen Anne’s School marked International Dance Day by celebrating the creativity, dedication, and talent of students involved in dance across the school community.

Dance continues to play an important role within life at Queen Anne’s, providing students with opportunities for artistic expression, performance, and personal development. From classical training to contemporary styles, students explore a wide range of disciplines while developing confidence, creativity, and technical skill.
Throughout the year, dancers perform in showcases, productions, and school events, demonstrating both individual talent and collaborative teamwork on stage. Lessons and rehearsals are supported by expert teaching, helping students refine their technique while encouraging originality and self-expression.

The school’s dance programme aims to create an environment where students can pursue excellence while also enjoying the sense of connection and community that dance brings.

International Dance Day provided an opportunity to recognise and celebrate all those who contribute to dance at Queen Anne’s, including performers, teachers, and choreographers, whose passion and energy continue to enrich the wider school community.
