
Human Resources Manager: Mrs Judith Tremayne Dip Performance Management, Dip Advanced Performance Management, Dip Change Management
Judith joined the John Lewis Partnership as a Management Trainee straight after A Levels and remained with them for twelve years. Judith left to take on the role as Staff Manager with another major retailer progressing onto becoming a Regional Personal and Training Manager. Key learning during this time was developing skills around resources management, progression and change management. After a break to have a family Judith returned to work in a Leisure Management Company delivering support to staff and Middle Management Training. Now at Queen Anne’s for eleven years, Judith enjoys combining her role alongside hobbies and travel that she keeps trying to develop!
