Saturday Morning Programme

Saturday morning activities are part of the wider weekend programme offered at Queen Anne’s. It is an exciting opportunity for your daughter to experience a great range of activities, learn new skills and meet with friends.  Parents too can take part in a number of activities including Mandarin and Dance classes or simply catch up with friends in Cafe 6.  Parents are requested to sign up to activities via the Weekly Bulletin.

An up-to-date Saturday Morning activity timetable will be available via the Houses at the start of each term.

But climbing is not only about the personal physical development, girls will also enjoy an amazing sense of achievement from overcoming their fears and they will learn to trust their climbing partners! Over the term, sessions will cover the basics for new climbers as well as providing more experienced climbers the opportunity to improve their technique with various games and challenges.

Then you will progress to build bigger skills, performing body landings, twists, somersaults and routines containing a combination of elements. There is also the opportunity to compete in the annual house competition and for the school at the National Schools’ Series.

Instruction is provided by a Level 5 High Performance Coach and former World Champion in Double Mini Trampolining.
