The Times: Queen Anne’s School In The News

Tuesday 21st August 2018

A Level results day 2018 took place last week on 16th August. Most would have been made aware of this by the constant news coverage of delighted Sixth Form leavers opening their results, and finding out they had been accepted into their chosen universities, degree apprenticeships, and other avenues of further study.

There were many excellent A Level results to celebrate at Queen Anne’s School, which you can read more about here.

However, one aspect of A Levels results day that tends to not be covered in such detail, is the few students who unfortunately do not get the results they hoped for.

Queen Anne’s Headmistress, Julia Harrington, spoke to The Times about how parents can support their child if they did not achieve their desired A Level grades.
