Queen Anne’s Alumna Publishes Second Cookery Book
Thursday 18th October 2018
Queen Anne’s alumna Nicola Millbank has just had her second cookery book published by HarperCollins.
Nicola, who left the school in 2006, is a successful actor, author and television presenter. After the success of her first cookery book “Milly’s Real Food”, her second cookery book explores a different avenue of food: it contains recipes exclusively for our four-legged friends.
Give the Dog a Bone features such doggy-licious delights as “muttloaf”, “turkey meatballs” and “sweet potato pretzels”. And with the season of decking the halls and “ho ho ho-ing” rapidly approaching, it’s a perfect stocking filler for dogoholics everywhere!
Nicola told us: “My aim is to inspire all dog lovers who want to give their pets healthy and nutritious treats to get into the kitchen and make these homemade doggy goodies”.
Nicola is a regular presenter on the Food Channel and, as an actor, she has appeared in Silent Witness, Mr Selfridge and The Last Weekend. She is currently playing the principal role of Ella in Sky’s long-running soap opera Mount Pleasant.
