A Packed PAC for Grease!
Wednesday 14th December 2016
A packed PAC was the order of the day last week as the Performing Arts Centre rocked and rolled to the sounds of Grease. Each performance was greeted with a standing ovation and the cast were brought back on stage after the curtain calls each night as the applause seemed endless.
Two of the principal girls from the original QAS production eight years ago Francisca Posada-Brown (Danny) and Georgia Hudson (Sandy) were in the audience on the last night much to the delight of the current cast.
The show was proclaimed as “the best ever” by many of the departing audience and Mr Punter said:
“this was the most delightful and hard-working cast I have worked with. Ever.”
There will be many more dramatic offerings from dramaramaland next term but the highlight will be the middle production of “Dramaramaland’s Alice” which will be specially adapted by Mr Punter from the stories by Lewis Carroll.
