Tuesday 14th March 2017

Following the success of the senior teams, the Junior lacrosse teams took to the field at Surrey Sports Park for the National Lacrosse Championships.

The U13As won every match in their pool, but then faced very tough opposition in the knockouts and came 11th overall.

The U14As had a challenging tournament winning two, drawing 1 and losing three matches Their best match was against St George’s.

The U15As had a superb start to the tournament with back to back wins and successfully reached the last 16. In the end, after the knockouts they came 11th overall.

The U15Bs had a great Nationals experience beating schools like Guildford High, Sherbornne, St Swithun’s, Downe House, St Albans and Benenden. As a result they qualified for the semi finals and although Wycombe Abbey narrowly beat them 3-1, they should be delighted with having reached the final 4 in the country in the B team tournament.
