Queen Anne's Exhibit At The Foundation Schools' Art Exhibition

Monday 23rd November 2015

Once again, pupils from Queen Anne’s participated in the annual Foundation Schools’ Art Exhibition. This year’s exhibition was held at Westminster City School in London and ran from Wednesday 18 until Friday 20 November. A group of Art Scholars travelled to the Private View on Wednesday 18 November, all very excited to see art created by their peers alongside work from pupils at Emanuel School, Grey Coat Hospital, Sutton Valence School and Westminster City School.

The artwork on display formed the culmination of a year of hard work and research for art students at Queen Anne’s. For some students, this will be the end of their art career, for others it is the beginning of something new and exciting.

The exhibition featured a wide range of work including paintings, large scale drawings, textiles, printmaking and multi media pieces; all very beautifully framed and hung in the school’s main hall. The event was very well attended and enjoyed by all of the Queen Anne’s students who attended.
