Queen Anne's Attend Annual Carol Service At Dorchester Abbey

Friday 11th December 2015

On Thursday 10 December, the community of Queen Anne’s School came together to celebrate the end of term at the school’s annual Carol Service held at Dorchester Abbey, Dorchester-on-Thames.

The service, attended by pupils, parents, staff, Governors and Queen Anne’s Alumni, featured a variety of beautiful performances from the Consort Choir and the Chamber Choir and a number of pupils and members of staff, including Mrs Harrington, Headmistress, read lessons and poems during the service.

The Carol Service was led by the school’s Chaplain, Reverend Rachel Ross Smith and a collection was taken for the school’s appointed charity, The Kasiisi Porridge Project in Uganda.

Thank you to the Music Department and Reverend Rachel Ross Smith for organising such a beautiful and moving service.
