Day One of Queen Anne's Afghanistan Challenge

Tuesday 28th April 2015

Day One

Our Afghanistan Challenge has started with a blast and day one has seen pupils, staff and dogs complete over 1,000 miles already!

Looking at the House leaderboard so far, Wilkins House is out in front with 165 miles, with Maddock House just behind in second place with 150 miles.

Our pupil leaderboard shows Emmeline Bolton in 1st place, with Zoe Chappell, Tanya Volokh and Liza Samaeva in joint second place.

Our staff have also been very active with GAP student Miss Carla Zwerenz taking the top spot, Miss Victoria Thorpe, Deputy Housemistress for Maddock, in second place and Mrs Heidi Blunt, Housemistress for Maddock House, in 3rd place.

A fantastic achievement so far and let’s hope the weather holds for the rest of the week!
