At Queen Anne’s School, we not only like to celebrate and share the achievements of our students, but also the achievements of our staff. Here are some of the wonderful achievements from Queen Anne’s staff this term.
From Friday 7 December to Tuesday 11 December, our language students travelled to Germany, for an immersive trip into German life, culture, and Christmas traditions.
On Friday 30 November, six of our ‘future medics’ in U6 took part in a first aid course with Mr Blunt.
Our U6 students, who are in the process of applying to medical school, gained learning experiences in CPR training, the recovery position, and how to deal with and bandage different types and degrees of wounds.
On Friday 30 November, our year 4, L6 and U6 History students took a trip to Hampton Court Palace, former home of King Henry VIII.
On Friday 30 November, our Sixth Form students were joined by Mr Richards for an insightful lecture on Expectation in Music; Music and the Mind.
On Tuesday 4 December, Queen Anne’s School’s Art Scholars attended the Foundation Schools’ Art Exhibition Private View at the Tanya Baxter Contemporary in Chelsea.

Mr Blunt joined four of our 2017 U6 leavers to share their successes at the DofE Gold Award Presentation at St James’s Palace on Tuesday 4 November.
On Tuesday 27 November, a group of Queen Anne’s L4’s and 4’s travelled to Cokethorpe School, to participate in the Oxfordshire/Berkshire heat of the Kids Lit Quiz.
