Congratulations to Amelia Shaw who competed in the first round of the National Trampoline Competition and successfully qualified for the National final in November. She is currently ranked 8th nationally.

The first netball matches of the season took place last week. The Ist and 2nd teams faced extremely tough opposition against St Mary’s School, Ascot, and both teams took a while to settle into the pace of the game. Although they lost the matches, there were quarters where they really challenged well and won or drew the quarter. They played with determination and the matches have given them an early focus to work on.

Netball

The U15 netball team played The Marist School in the first round of the School Sports Cup and after a slow start, pulled away convincingly to win 58-23. We look forward with interest to seeing who will be their next round opposition.

Dance company auditions have taken place over the last two weeks. The overall standard was very hard and competition for places was fierce. Congratulations to the following girls who have been selected for the Junior Dance Company:
