BrainCanDo Conference: Music is Instrumental
Tuesday 10th February 2015
Tuesday 14 June 2016, BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly, London
An exploration of music and learning
Neuroscientists have known for some time that music has an effect on the brain. With the latest neuroimaging techniques we can actually see what those changes look like. But what actually happens when we make music? When we play an instrument or sing a song?
This year’s BrainCanDo conference brings together experts in the neuroscience fields as well as musical professionals who fully embrace the effects that music has on the brain and on learning.
Join us to better understand host of topics including the effects of rhythm and the brain, how music can boost wellbeing and the best way to optimise music positive effects and look at the parallels between vocal expressions and personal happiness.
Earlybird tickets cost £130 (Available until 22 April 2016) with Standard tickets costing £160.
