PEER MENTORING OVERVIEW
Peer mentoring is an intrinsic part of Queen Anne’s, whereby older students give up their time to help younger girls. We have created a peer mentoring programme to further promote an environment at Queen Anne’s that is caring and supportive. Peer mentoring is the key to this being successful.
Peer mentors go through an exhaustive selection process and then a training scheme before they take up their office. They are supported throughout their tenure by trained staff.
Peer Mentors are always on hand to support younger girls with a listening ear, offering down to earth advice on school and boarding life, everything from friendship issues to choosing your GCSEs and A Levels. They are an invaluable part of Queen Anne’s culture of care.
