U15 Netball Team Reach The Semi-Finals Of The School Sports Cup

Friday 15th January 2016

The U15 School Sports Cup team played an astonishing match against Truro School in the Quarter Finals on Monday 11 January.

After an exhausting 5 hour journey to Cornwall, the team took to the court with fluid match play and confidence. The first quarter was closely contested with the girls leaving the court ahead 10-7. During the second quarter, some of the initial nerves had subsided and the team began to play according to the strategy set. The second half of the game was much more comfortable with the team’s fitness and relentless determination pulling ahead with each goal.

The final result 57-24 simply demonstrated the team’s superior match play and court-craft.

Well done to all of the squad who took to the court to contribute to such a successful event.
