Some Fantastic Results for Lacrosse at the Weekend

Monday 9th March 2015

On Saturday our U13A Lacrosse Team enjoyed a fabulous win in the South West Rally, retaining their Premiership champion status. Player of the Tournament was Camilla Bowater and commendations went to Hannah Townend, Emily Oram, Olivia Gryce and Charlotte Derde. The U12 A team also played really well to finish 3rd in Div 1. Emily Dunseath was named as the Player of the match and Isabelle Gibbs, Kaia Harte and Amelia Hanson were commended.

Our seniors also took part in the National C&D tournament with the 3rds playing really well to make the quarter-finals. Madeleine Scott Knight was named Player of the Tournament and Verity Taylor, Rosemary Griffin, Isabel Beech, Sophie Shearn and Poppy Suthon received commendations. The 4th team were up against several top C teams and were beaten in their matches but also gained invaluable experience. Player of the tournament went to Georgina Howlett and commendations went to Britta Anderson, Rebecca Botterill, Rose Coppen-Manns, Olivia Miller and Holly Webb.
