Dramanauts Set to Blast Off On Another Adventure

Friday 8th November 2013

The Drama Showcase on Monday 11 November is set to be a real cracker, featuring performances by two A2 drama girls and one of the U5 GCSE classes.

A level students Alix Griggs, U6, and Tiajna Izekor-Amayo, U6, have been spending some of their drama lessons devising a piece for the performance based on Salvador Dali’s painting “The Metamorphosis of Narcissus”. Together, they have created a thoughtful and thought-provoking piece of drama which is bound to stimulate discussions amongst the audience.

The U5 GCSE drama class have a very special scripted performance which, at the moment, is top secret as they want to surprise their audience. But, rest assured, the audience will be treated to a top-notch Shakespeare performance as you’ve never seen it before!…

The Showcase begins at 7.30pm in the PAC and it has a running time of about 45 minutes. Refreshments will be served after all the performances have finished.
