Dramanauts Pull It Off!

Monday 21st March 2016

The final drama event of the term took place on Saturday night with the final performance of the middle school production of “Daisy Pulls it Off”. The show was a delightful and endearingly cheerful way to end the term on a high note as the whole cast created the japes, jokes and mischief of life at an English girls’ boarding school (ring any bells, girls?). The whole cast of girls from L5 and U5 pulled together as a team and created a seamless piece of high quality family entertainment, aided by vast amounts of chocolate “treasure” which was thrown out to the audience each evening by Frankie Coleman (Daisy).

Dr Bellamy, Assistant Head of Senior School, said “the show was so entertaining and it made me extremely proud to be associated with the Fifth Form”.

Dramaramaland now turns its attentions to another busy term next term with A level exam performances for the 10 sixth form drama students, exams for the two GCSE drama classes and five days of LAMDA exams for nearly 150 students! The dramatic goings on will then culminate with Mr Godfrey’s juggernaut of fun, the junior production of “Jungle Book” (or, as Mr Punter calls it for some unknown reason, “Jingle Bells”!)

Bring it on!
