Creative Marketing Executive

Full Time

The Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Creative Marketing Executive for this role involving all aspects of marketing covering design and advertising, content, PR, events, branding, digital, DM and sales promotion.

You will be able to design from a creative brief with supportive direction. The role will be a combination of designing social media images, web pages, alongside designing print collateral such as adverts and marketing materials.

Essential skills and qualities:

  • You must be able to demonstrate your digital skills and your creative flair.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
  • Have passion for marketing with a creative and proactive mind-set.
  • You will need impeccable attention to detail and enjoy taking pride in and ownership of your work.
  • Be a team player, building strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders in the School.
  • Be a confident individual who is able to demonstrate excellent time management and planning skills able to meet deadlines.
  • Hardworking, with a flexible approach understanding the fundamentals of what an excellent marketing team need to deliver.

Desirable skills:

  • Hold a relevant design or marketing degree.
  • You will be confident working with new web platforms such as WordPress and email marketing platforms such as MailChimp.
  • Experience preparing high-quality, print-ready files.
  • Photography and videography skills.

Teacher of History

The Role

We are seeking to appoint a qualified, enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of History to teach up to A-Level and Oxbridge entrance within this academically selective and dynamic school.

Graduate Assistants

Residential

Required for September 2019

The Role

We are seeking to appoint a number of Graduate Assistants who are interested in a career either in education or in pastoral care.

These positions are very varied and fulfilling and offer great opportunities for graduates interested in the pastoral care of young people.

The positions will be residential with accommodation available for use during the holiday times also. No charge is made for the accommodation or food during the school term.

We are keen to hear from post-graduates or students due to graduate in the summer 2019.

The primary role of the Graduate Assistant is to work within the boarding environment to get to know the girls and build up a relationship of trust with them. The Graduate Assistants will be expected to be ready to give support to the House staff team. In addition, they will have other responsibilities in school depending on her areas of expertise and interests.

Theatre and Sound Technician

The Role

We are seeking to employ an additional Theatre and Sound Technician to provide technical support for events, productions and concerts on a flexible basis.  The role’s hours will relate to external hires and internal school productions. Working hours can take place at varying times of the year and the length of sessions can vary.

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide appropriate technical production support for the School’s performances, concerts and activities.
  • Work across multiple teams to support the delivery of a number of artistic, academic and venue hire activities.
  • Set up and operate lighting, sound and multimedia equipment.
  • Provide maintenance support for all relevant technical equipment, machines, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
  • Ensure all equipment is stored safely and is accessible to others when absent.
  • Provide technical assistance to external users.

School Minibus Driver

Part Time – 16 Hours Per Week

Required for September 2019

The Role

We are looking for a reliable School Minibus Driver to drive a group of pupils from Queen Anne’s to London on a Friday evening and from London to Queen Anne’s on a Monday morning. Friday service will normally leave at 6.30pm, or 4.30pm if before half term or the end of term, and picks up in London from approximately 6.15am on a Monday morning. Both services are an approximate 3 hour round trip for the driver.

We are also looking for the successful candidate to be able to commit to driving a group of girls to after school activities on Tuesdays 4.15pm- 7pm and Thursdays 4.15-6.30pm/7pm.

The remaining hours to be made up of driving for ad-hoc school trips and sports matches and cleaning the two minibuses.

You will be flexible, cheerful and possess good communication skills.

Rate of pay is £12 per hour.

Examination Invigilators

We are always interested to hear from applicants who are interested in joining our exam invigilation team for during examination periods. The invigilation team oversee the examination hall and provide access arrangements such as scribes and readers for pupils who require additional help and support.

Training is provided and so no previous experience is necessary.
