SEN/Student Support

Any girl arriving at Queen Anne's who has already been diagnosed as dyslexic should provide a copy of her Educational Psychologist's report. We can offer extra lessons to support her during her time at the school, with problems such as spelling, self-organisation and reading and understanding questions. Should any girl require specialist tuition, she is also welcome to meet her own tutor at school for lessons.

Any girl whose first language is not English is specially assessed on entry to ascertain her level of English. Following this assessment recommendations are made concerning the number of support lessons she will need in order to achieve maximum access to the curriculum.
