At Queen Anne's we believe students perform best when they are happy and secure.

Our pastoral network includes housemistresses and the house pastoral team, nurse, academic staff and tutors, heads of year and a resident chaplain.

As a school with approximately 320 pupils, the pastoral team are able to get to know all the girls as individuals. Students' welfare is the top priority; the girls meet with their housemistress and academic tutors on a daily basis to ensure they are happy and working to their full potential.
