Future Developments

The school is continually looking for ways to improve our facilities.

Recent projects have included:

  • A new art and design centre, which was officially opened in October 2008
  • Refurbishment of Café 6 which re-opened in September 2009. Now open for parents before and after school on weekdays, Saturday mornings during activities, and before matches in the afternoon
  • A programme of work has begun on classrooms in the main school building
  • Improvements have been made to the old school hall for use as a performance venue

Future plans include:

  • A new sixth form house
  • The expansion and upgrade of Maddock, a boarding house for ages 11 to 16
  • Further updating the main school building and classrooms
  • Renovation of some staff accommodation
